Who should do this training?
This workshop has been developed to provide workplace trainers with the skills and knowledge to support learners with LLN needs.
It is anticipated that the unit on which this course is based will soon become a core unit of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
How long does the course go for?
The workshop duration is 1 day.
What is the cost?
$300 per person.
This price is for public workshops in our Perth training centre. Special rates can be negotiated with clients for group-based programs delivered exclusively for their personnel.
Where are the training locations?
Our public workshops are located in Perth at our training centre. We can also offer in-house client specific training overseas, throughout regional Australia as well as all capital cities including Darwin, Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra.

Are there any course pre-requisites?
It is expected that those attending this workshop will already hold the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or have considerable experience delivering training and conducting assessments in the VET sector.
Which unit(s) are covered?
TAELLN411 – Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills
This is an elective unit for the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a core unit for the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Access to a workplace environment
To complete the assessment component of this course, participants need to be working in, or have access to, an environment in which they can deliver training and conduct assessment activities with vocational learners.
