certificate iv in frontline managementWho is this course for?

The 11424NAT Course in Field-Based Training and Assessment equips experienced workers with the skills and knowledge to deliver structured workplace training and conduct assessments against internal workplace requirements within an established organisational framework. The course emphasises practical application using existing workplace training resources, tools and procedures.

It is designed for workers who train and assess others as part of their normal job role, rather than as full-time trainers or assessors. This includes supervisors, team leaders and experienced workers who are responsible for developing the skills and competence of others in the workplace.

This course is not intended for those seeking to become qualified trainers and assessors under the Standards for RTOs.

Is this course nationally recognised?

On successful completion, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for the units included in the course.
