This training is aligned to the following six units of competency which contribute to the Certificate III in Occupational Health and Safety (BSB30707).
BSBOHS301B – Apply knowledge of OHS legislation in the workplace
BSBOHS302B – Participate effectively in OHS communication and consultative processes
BSBOHS303B – Contribute to OHS hazard identification and risk assessment
BSBOHS304B – Contribute to OHS hazard control
BSBOHS305B – Contribute to OHS issue resolution
BSBOHS307B – Participate in OHS investigations
Those wishing to obtain formal recognition for the above units are required submit the following for assessment:
On-course questionnaire
On-course activities
Workplace evidence portfolio (requirements will be explained on the course)
Third party report
An assessment fee of $150 applies (in addition to the cost of the course). This covers the time spent by a TSA assessor reviewing evidence, making an assessment decision and providing feedback.
