People who are unable to attend a workshop on which they have enrolled are encouraged to transfer their enrolment to a subsequent workshop to be conducted by Training Services Australia. Transferring an enrolment does not attract an additional charge.

In situations where a person wishes to cancel their enrolment on a course, Training Services Australia reserves the right to charge the participant according to the following sliding scale, based on the amount of notice they provide prior to commencement of the course:

7 - 14 days	30% of course fee	70% of course fee
2 - 7 days	50% of course fee	50% of course fee
1 day	60% of course fee	40% of course fee

Training Services Australia reserves the right to provide no refund for withdrawal during the course, but participants will be permitted to complete the course at a later date at no additional cost.

Course cancellations must be conveyed in writing to Training Services Australia.

The decision about whether to enforce the above charges will be made by the Principal of Training Services Australia.

Refunds will be forwarded to clients within seven days of their eligibility being established / agreed.
