TSA Recruitment and Enrolment Policy

Recruitment for courses is conducted via the press, the Company's web site and direct marketing, thus encouraging open participation.

All participants are enrolled non-discriminately. Clients are clearly informed of the enrolment process and / or assisted to complete enrolments where required.

Prior to enrolment clients are provided with a course brochure and / or workshop outline detailing information such as the course content, units of competency, vocational outcomes, skills recognition, prerequisites, cost, etc.

Course enrolments are subject to availability of places based on the maximum number of participants who can be accommodated under the particular circumstances (e.g. capacity of training venue, type of course etc).

Clients listed as "reserves" (awaiting cancellations and / or postponements by those whose places on the course have been confirmed), are given priority according to whose enrolment is received first.

All clients are advised in writing by Training Services Australia immediately upon receipt of their enrolment and payment, that their place on the course is confirmed. The confirmation letter also contains joining instructions and is accompanied by an attachment ("Important Information") advising the clients in essence of the conditions applying to the training they are to undertake.
