Due to continued business growth TSA has an ongoing demand for professional, experienced, high quality training consultants to facilitate training and assess competence in Training and Assessment and/or Frontline Management.

Training consultants are expected to:

• Possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104)

• Be highly professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Be able to work autonomously as well as contribute productively in a cohesive team environment

• Possess sound computer skills

• Be thoroughly conversant with competency based training and assessment in the VET sector

• Be available to undertake regular travel to conduct training in regional areas, interstate and overseas.

Frontline Management qualifications would also be highly regarded.
